This non-technical workshop is intended for anyone
with an interest in the issues of fraud and revenue
assurance in either fixed, mobile or next generation
telecom services. Participants will benefit from
interaction with one another in a relaxed and open
forum and from listening to a speaker who has
decades of international experience in this subject.
Simple approaches and tools for assessing and
communicating risk issues to senior management, as
well as techniques for identifying and responding to
revenue losses will be described and several will also
be illustrated with actual case studies.
