About the workshop:

The average revenue leakage among global telecoms operators increased to 13.6% in 2007 and continues to rise.

The purpose of this workshop is to give an overview into the forensic techniques of fraud detection and leakage analysis by using an integrated approach. It will provide delegates with the advantages of using an integrated approach, how to identify techniques for different analysis areas and how to produce an effective root cause analysis.

Sarit has been responsible for helping telecom carriers around the globe in implementing revenue assurance and risk management. He is an expert in revenue assurance, business intelligence and fraud management areas, and has been responsible for leading large implementation projects and designing risk management framework for operators.
